In Revit, After assigning the space, you can choose the type

At the properties menu, find out (Space Type)

Click on the button next to (Building)

(Space Type Settings) will pop up

The application is shown about Ventilation for toilet, so we choose Restrooms for space type, at the right side observe the Energy Analysis depend on the picked type

Specify the occupancy, click on the button next to (Occupancy Schedule)

You can specify working hours, or pick up one of the shown list

WC will be used by workers at the office, so I picked up “Common office Occupancy – 8am to 5 pm” the common shift working

As you see the schedule plotted 24 hours, non-working hours will be 0% and the hour before the starting day will be 10% (for service cleaning/ or security) and after ending work too.

We can choose lighting and power schedules also, or specify the previous schedule again, because the schedule depend on people are using the application, so (occupancy, lighting and power) will be similar or/the same
