As a designer, there are too disciplines to work on, Revit MEP provides an option to create a specific view for each discipline called Template, we can name it and decide which items will be shown and how.

To make a template follow the next steps.

1- Make a copy of a current view, by using one of two ways:

a- Create new floor/ceiling plan             b- Duplicate view

2- Controlling visual graphics: turn on items inside your discipline, and turn off items out of it.

3- Create a template: when you end your settings, create a template and name it.

4- Apply Template: using this option to apply the created template to other views at the same discipline.
